It is central to Fife Avenue shops, Sports Clubs, restaurants, bars, hospitals, embassies, transport. The space The apartment is cosy and is on the ground floor hence suitable for those with mobility needs. The bedroom has a king size bed. The lounge has a sofa. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge/freezer, microwave, stove, coffee press, cutlery and utensils. Bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and shower over bath with a supply of hot water. Grab rail are provided for bath/shower. The apartment complex has guards manning the place however for enhanced security the apartment has security screens on all windows, front door and balcony. A small wall mounted safe is also in place. The apartment has a water reservoir hence 24/7 water supply is available. Guests are however advised to consume only bottled water. Historically, because of its location, the apartment rarely experiences power cuts however as contingency solar lighting and gas stove are provided. Self check-in available. The apartment is conveniently located- access to healthcare, restaurants, shopping centre, transport, SA embassy. Guest access Guests will have sole access to the whole apartment- kitchen, corridor, lounge, bedroom and bathroom. Guests are free to use own padlocks (over and above supplied ones) for the two external entrances for the duration of stay. Other things to note The country is facing power shortages however historically the area the apartment is located hardly experiences cuts. in event there is a power cut the following will be available in the apartment: Gas stove, Solar lights, solar power banks. The country is also facing water shortages that are impacting on running water supply. To mitigate this a big water reservoir for the apartment is in place however we recommend that guests should consume bottled water
