Guest access Guests can use whole villa include private swimming pool, balcony and kitchen. Other things to note Kindly inform that the neighbouring property in different estate is under construction this year. Guests who book this villa may encounter noise works during 10am-5pm. Booking this property during this period is acceptance of these works. House rule , kindly inform everyone in your group. : *Only registered guests are allow to access The heights compound and the property. *Copy of guests passports are requitred to provide before check in. *No smoking inside the property please ( balcony is ok) * Kindly turn off aircon when not use. * Please turn off aircon units when you are not in the rooms and when you leave the property * Please not have windows open when aircon is on. *Cleaning service included 3 times per week. For 28 nights ++ or more Electricity is not included , charge at cost 6 BHT per unit meter usage. Security deposit of 700 USD or equivalent 25,000 THB will be collected on arrival and returned on the check out day at departure time , subject to damage or breakages.
