Welcome to my cozy apartment located in a pleasant and quiet neighborhood. The apartment is 10 minutes away from the city center by car and has good bus connections nearby. Parking is included. As a guest you will have access to a bedroom with a comfortable bed, as well as a shared bathroom, living room, kitchen, etc. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need for cooking. The space The apartment is spacious (97 m2) and upgraded. It is on the 2nd floor, with close access to the bathroom from the bedroom. The apartment is well insulated and has most of the amenities you may need. Guest access I have a parking space that you are free to use. The bus stop is a few minutes walk away, and the bus lines take you quickly to the city center or the various campuses in the city.
