An idependent semi-ground level studio 80m2,centrally situated in a garden of 1800m2, most of which together with the kiosk is for guests only. Also there is a cozy corner for morning coffee, just outside the main entrance to the studio. The space The studio is moderate yet modern ,furnished and decorated as can be seen in the inside of the studio views shown. An organized living space of 80 m2 with sunlight all around surely makes living inside the studio definately agreeable and even pleasant. Guest access The three seperate entrances to the studio and the adjacent area (1200m2 garden with kiosk and barbecue) are exclusive for guests only. The ouside entrance and parking area are common to guest and host. Other things to note The nearbye beaches are all a 10 minute walk from the studio.By car there are numerous beaches all along the coast towards Sounion,each one having its own beautiful characteristics.
