Vox Maris ('voice of the sea') apartments are ideally located 5 minutes from the beach and fun park. Five minutes drive to the airport and Golf course, close to restaurants, cafes, bars and take-aways and 10 minutes drive to either the city or Richmond. The apartments are all fresh after a major refurbishment, fully insulated, equipped with AC/heatpumps and triple glazed windows. Comfortable new beds, good pressure shower and quality linen all add up to an enjoyable stay. The Kotare apartment is light, bright and sunny, with a lounge/dining area, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and a double bedroom. Depending on your preference, the beds can be arranged as 2 twin beds or a kingsize bed (please advise your preferred setup). There are four guest apartments on the property with a shared cozy courtyard and outdoor seating. Each apartment has individual access and generous parking space. Guests share a laundry. Other things to note Broadband unlimited wifi is available on the property. Please contact to inquire about discounts for long term stays. Being close to the Tahunanui beach also means we are pretty close to the Nelson airport, so there is occasional noise from the landing planes during the day. In order to mitigate the noise and minimize disturbance for out guests, we have installed EU quality triple-glazed windows across the property. Please note that we provide EU-style bedding, i.e. no double-sheets, but duvet covers that are provided fresh for each guest.
