Right in amongst the action. 2 minutes from the beach and all the best cafes, restaurants, pubs, clubs that Byron has to offer. The flat is 100 years old and the old railway signalman’s lodge. It is above the Liberty service station. As such it can be noisy from 7 am till 7pm, so earplugs are a good idea No parking on site but free parking nearby. The space This is a gorgeous, happy household run by my Mum, Angie. She is a teacher and works from home so has a private study. The unit is in a fabulously prime location but as a result can be noisy with traffic and occasional party goers passing by under the windows. If you're a light sleeper then ear plugs might be useful! There is a Queen bed with lovely linen. Suits singles and couples. No extra guests. We would like to emphasise that this is a lovely quiet place to retreat to after spending time at the beach, eating out and enjoy all the party vibes of Byron town. You will need to be respectful of the space. Please note: the dining table is for eating and is not suitable for working from home. If you want to make calls please do so in the privacy of your room. The accommodation is clean, comfortable and stylish but is an old character-filled unit, so if you're after something shiny and new then this isn't for you :-) This is a great no-frills bedroom. kitchen; minimal use by guests - basic breakfast and salad/ sandwich cold lunch prep is ok. Guests are welcome to use kettle, toaster, fridge and microwave but It’s not suitable for cooking. There are a plethora of cheap delicious eats very close by. The Mexican take out next door is a particular favourite of ours. If you are a digital nomad please make calls in your room. There is no parking here. The local streets in central Byron are all paid parking (except at night). You can walk for 5 minutes to find free parking. There is a 3 night minimum stay. Please read all the information on Airbnb.
