The marine room, private shower and toilet

5 minutes from Frontignan train station, 10 minutes from Sete, 25 minutes from Montpellier, 3.5 km from the beaches. Ideal for lovers of nature, country of Bouzigues oysters and muscat. possib to park the vehicle in the garden. Access to the bedroom,shower, and toilet are independent. Between 8am and 10am we offer breakfast: tea, coffee, fruit juice, 1 pastry or biscuit, toast with butter and jam. Linens, towels, shampoo and wi fi code are provided. The space the room is located on the right wing of the house , with a private entrance door; it is almost completely independent , the only shared place being a small vestibule ,which we access through a door leading into our kitchen, and which we avoid as much as possible to use when the room is occupied. We do not give access to the kitchen area; there is no refrigerator in the room; however, guests can entrust me with their perishable food to put in the cooler. In the vestibule, a microwave oven is available exclusively for guests as well as cutlery, plates ,bowls ,glasses and towels necessary for the taking of meals.We offer breakfast( between 8am and 10am) in a space reserved for guests.The price of the room includes breakfast.The room does not have TV. Guest access Private outdoor places (in summer) to have breakfast or boudoir (also private) inside the house in winter or rain. The garden is large , hence the possibility of quietly parking a vehicle ; guests can enter and leave at any hour of the day or night, this is no problem.
