The space The house has a very spacious living space with a large dining room table and a very well-equipped kitchen. There are two bathrooms and a cloakroom, and it also has a study room in which guests can work with total privacy. The terrace is ideal for a drink in the evenings or stargazing a night. The garden has several tables and chairs for alfresco dining and a barbecue. The bedrooms are on a different level from the rest of the facilities, only separated by a short staircase. Guest access The house is up the road between Valdemanco and Bustarviejo on a rural street and has parking on the property, at the back of the house or in a deck/garage for two cars. It is necessary to climb 5 stone steps to enter from the front and it has a garden and a large porch to sit on if the weather allows. The house is available for guests in its entirety and there are no shared spaces with the owners or other guests. The ground floor of the house (basement) it is reserved for owners who regularly use it and who have totally independent access to the rest of the house dedicated to Airbnb.
