Nested on a small hill our lovely secluded Black Forest Chalet with garden offers stunning lake views. Less than 1 minute to the lake! Enjoy your barbecue in our garden or a cozy evening in our living room (fireplace incl.). Our chalet is a journey back to the 1950`s and has been carefully renovated (bathrooms, kitchen: new) and upgraded to todays expectations in 2021. Please note that I can only offer Saturday to Saturday bookings during high season form May 30th until September 5th. The space Our house offers 2 floors with a large loft style room (kitchen & living room & couch corner combined) on the ground floor plus a 27m2 winter garden. The woodburning fire place makes it super cozyin the evening. The upper floor has 3 bedrooms. 1. master bedroom with lake views, 2,0 x 1,8 m bed 2. double bedroom with two single beds 2x1 m 3. double bedroom with two single beds 2x1m Guest access 2 cars can easily park right next to the house. There is public parking for further cars available. Distance: about 100m form the chalet. Other things to note We are offering our chalet including (bed) linnens and sheets as well as towels. A tourism tax in the amount of 3,50 Euro per Person and night spend in Schluchsee applies. The tax is not part of the offer and needs to be collected by the host who has the obligation to transfer the tax to the city of Schluchsee.
