Optimally connected to public transport, tram and bus stops only 300 m away. Direct tram connection to the city center / main station (10 min) or to the fair (6 min to Messe Nord). Apartment building with elevator. Private parking space extra on request. In the immediate vicinity of the historic “Döhrener Wolle” and the protected landscape “Leine-Masch”. The space You enter the studio through a short corridor, from which the functional shower / tub bathroom leads off. The central, bright living / sleeping room is equipped with a complete kitchenette (Dolce Gusto coffee machine, microwave, induction hob, fridge), a dining / work table and a large window area. The adjoining west balcony (4th floor, unobstructed view) can be used for breakfast or to relax. The building is set back a bit and so, despite the optimal traffic connection, the studio remains largely undisturbed from traffic noise. The studio offers optimal comfort for 2 people, but due to the presence of 2 modern sofa beds (each 200x140x60cm) it can also be used by up to 4 people. The studio has high-speed Internet / WiFi and a smart TV. We have coffee capsules and a small selection of tea and water ready for our guests. In the bathroom, shower gel, shampoo, soap and a hair dryer are available. A table with two comfortable director's chairs can be used for eating or working. The attached east balcony is also equipped with outdoor chairs and invites you to relax. In the shared laundry room of the house there is a coin-operated washing machine and a coin-operated dryer, which may also be used by our guests. We are happy to provide detergents. Other things to note The city of Hannover obliges us to document personal data (name, address/address, dates of birth) of all guests. We therefore require a scan of an identification document from all guests before check-in that shows the above information. In addition, we have already taken the accommodation tax into account when calculating our overnight price. The building has an elevator.
