The space Spacious and pleasant accommodation, a beautiful living room, with a very comfortable living room equipped with a TV connected to fiber (wifi), board games and books for children and adults at your disposal. A dining area for 4 people as well as a fully equipped kitchen: oven, microwave, fridge and small freezer, 1 electric plate and 3 gas burners, SENSEO coffee maker, filter coffee maker, toaster, electric kettle, 1 raclette machine, dishes and cooking utensils... The bathroom is equipped with 1 shower, 1 sink and a washing machine. The toilets are separate. A bedroom for 2 beds (160x200) and the sofa in the living room offers 2 additional beds (2x90x190). The cottage is heated entirely by a pellet stove set according to the outside temperature and controlled remotely, very pleasant for spending an evening by the fire with the family. Access to the balcony, sunny in the morning, is from the living room, you can enjoy the view of the stream and the lapping of the water. The cleaning fee is added to the amount of the nights, (€15 or €25 depending on the length of the stay). It's a guarantee for you and us to rent a clean and well-maintained house. The cottage is located at the start of many hikes, near the copper factory, and 10 minutes from the center of the village. Linens (bath sheets and towels) are provided. Duvet covers, fitted sheets, pillows, are also provided and in addition the beds are made upon arrival, everything is ready. Guest access Entire home at your disposal independent entrance upstairs. Parking is available in front of the accommodation or in a private parking lot. Motorcyclists and cyclists can bring motorcycles or bicycles into the garage under the accommodation for free. Check-in time is 5 p.m. and check-out time is 10 a.m., more flexible times depending on our availability. We are here to welcome you, so if you have any questions, we can answer them and provide you with all the information you need to have a pleasant stay. Other things to note Our cottage is for 4 people maximum. In winter, if you rent for 4 people, the pellet stove is turned off at night and electric heaters take over. For families, possibility of free loan of a high chair or deck chair, changing mat, folding baby bed + 1 fitted sheet, provide sleeping bag. The pellet stove is protected by a grille for small children. Before you leave, please: Strip the beds, do and put away the dishes, empty all the garbage cans respecting the selective sorting. Television: just turn on the 2 remote controls and then use only the one in the box. No smoking in the house except on the balcony. No pets allowed (even small ones)
