"Casa Renata" is nestled to the hill in the outskirt of an ancient village surounded by olive groves of the lovely ligurian countryside. Sunny terrace, generous sleeping rooms, one bathroom, kitchen with all comforts. 2-6 persons The space “Casa Renata” is located on a southwestern slope and forms the final link of a typical Ligurian mountain village in the hills. It is characterized by a spacious shape and sugestive materials. The main entrance leads into a two-floors living-room with fireplace and a large loft window where you can enjoy a fantastic view on the lush green olive groves. The floor of the living-room and the stairs are designed with slate, all other floors with terracotta tiles. Also the kitchen’s surfaces are made of black slate, so you have a black and white aesthetic. The integrated kitchen offers all the comfort. A stairway connects the entrance level with a gallery-like living-room that opens up with a huge loft window to a pleasant terrace that releases a magnificent view on the sea, the valley and the mountains. There are two contiguous bedrooms on two levels with airy vaults and large windows. Upstairs there is one kingsize and one single bed room, downstairs one double and one small double bed room. The bathroom is located halfway up the stairs, it is renovated but not modernized. warning: The house is on three levels, you will have to climb a few stairs. Year of build: 1780 Renovation: 2015 Notes for the autumn/winter season: The house is intentionally simple – with a fireplace, a gas heater, and warm blankets. It’s ideal for those who appreciate peace and wish to experience the authentic, Mediterranean rhythm of life. Guest access Our guests have free access to the house, the terrace and the small garden. All furniture, crockery and other utensils can be used. On the terrace are four black braided plastic chairs, four foldable wood chairs and a two meters long marble table. A parasol and two sunloungers also invite to chill out. In the living-room in front of the fireplace is a dining area with a hand-made walnut table and six antique coffee house chairs. From the bedroom downstairs you have access to a small pretty designed stone garden with a shaded patio consisting of a table in metal, four foldable metal chairs, a barbeque and two lounge chairs. The garden is locked with a door and continues to the outlet on the lower path where the house is grounded. On the ground floor of Casa Renata is another apartment with private entrance and a walk-in terrace. You can also rent the house and the apartment together, than you can accomodate easily in ten persons, a perfect hideaway for family reunions. Other things to note Gas: The gas stove in the kitchen is supplied by a gas bottle (bombola), there is also a small gas heating (on rolls) for the winter. If the bombolas are empty, we ask our guests to buy it separately and replace it. A guide is in the house rules. The costs are yours. Firewood can be purchased either at the "Self" supermarket in Caramagna or at the farmer house. The costs are yours. Bed linen and towels: On request, we can provide you with these, not all guests need them, so we coordinate this with you individually. Our cleaning service offers this, but you would have to pay the costs yourself and deposit them in cash, as other arrangements are currently not possible. Bed linen and towels per person € 10. Plants: Garden lovers are friendly asked to pour in the summer, if they like.
