The 2-room apartment is located in a 4-family house approx. 20 kilometers south of the city center (Marienplatz) Munich. It has 2 rooms (bedroom/living room) and a separate kitchen as well as a bathroom with shower, toilet and bathtub. A car is necessary as the nearest S-Bahn station is about 5 km (Deisenhofen) away. There is also a bus to the S-Bahn station 11 times a day. The surroundings are rural. It is also possible to rent the apartment for a longer period of time. The space The apartment is not far from the city center and is still really in the countryside. You can relax there very well and recover from a stressful working day. The apartment is still being prepared, as it has now been rented for 3 years. From March 2018, however, it will be ready for occupancy again. Guest access Private terrace, Wi-Fi, house entrance, ... Other things to note The apartment is in the basement, but is very light in the living room and bedroom through the large windows.
