A gem in Malepère, quiet, spacious with WiFi.

Superb air-conditioned cottage, spacious, bright, decorated in a reclaimed spirit with private garden, not enclosed, in the middle of the Malepère countryside (1 km from the village), we live next door. We have animals, active frogs so noisy and some beehives. The apartment is composed of a huge living room and two bedrooms, the kitchen is fully equipped, the toilet and shower room are separate, there is a pleasant garden where life is good. You'll feel right at home. The space Apartment adjoining the owners' house with a private garden, not fenced, the accommodation is located on the first floor, the rooms are spacious, the kitchen is very well equipped (gas stove, microwave, fridge freezer, Senseo coffee machine, dishwasher) in the bathroom there is a washing machine. Guest access The entire property is only accessible to guests Other things to note Montreal is located 20 minutes from the city of Carcassonne 30 minutes from Mirepoix 20 minutes from Castelnaudary and 25 minutes from Limoux there are all the amenities in the village and an outdoor municipal swimming pool, very pleasant in summer. It is the ideal place and village for a vacation in the Aude, a department rich in history (Cathar castles, Canal du Midi...), exotic (sea, mountains, countryside...); sporty (hiking, mountain biking, skiing...); and gourmet, with lots of culinary specialties to delight you. This home isn't a good fit for pets.
