Double room 5 minutes from the beach. Bus stop 2 minutes away with direct connection to downtown in 25 minutes. It has a private bathroom outside the room. Only the room and bathroom are rented, no access to other parts of the apartment such as kitchen, washing machine or living room. It's ideal if you want a clean and well-located place near the beach to spend a few days. It has wifi internet. No smoking (smoke detector). It is a high floor, it has an elevator but it is tiny. The space The bedroom has a double 150 mattress, a nightstand, mirror, and a coat rack for hanging clothes. It has a fan for the summer, it does not have air conditioning. It has a 40x40 folding table and two chairs to work. There is no refrigerator. The private bathroom is located OUTSIDE the room in the same hallway, also all new, has a shower, gel-shampoo, sink and toilet. Two bath towels are provided. The bedroom window overlooks the community's interior courtyard and has a clothesline for hanging clothes. It also has a folding clothesline in the bedroom. It is important to use them to dry clothes and towels near the window, do not leave them in the hallway or in the bathroom to avoid humidity. The community building is old but has an elevator. Guest access You do not have access to the living room or kitchen. Only the hallway between rooms is shared. The bathroom is outside the room but is for exclusive use, it is not shared with anyone else. The apartment is less than a 5-minute walk from El Palo beach, where you can enjoy the beach, the espetos in the numerous beach bars, stroll along the promenade or rent kayak or bicycle activities. It is surrounded by shops and restaurants and 1 minute from the bus stop with which you can reach downtown in 25 minutes. It has a bus line at all hours (3,11,8 during the day and N1 at night). During the day they pass every 5 minutes, at night every 20-30 minutes. If you prefer, you can also reach downtown in 10 minutes by electric motorcycle, car, Uber or taxi. During your stay I will be available by WhatsApp and phone for any questions or issues that may arise. I won't be available in person as I rent the room when I'm away. Other things to note IMPORTANT: Smoking is not allowed in any area of the house. To avoid humidity, it is mandatory to hang clothes and towels on the clothesline of the room window. Never leave them inside or hang them on doors and windows. It is forbidden to leave personal things in the hallway as it is for common use.
