RTMS Guesthouse Semporna, also known as Rumah Tamu Marahadja Saali is located in Kampung Bubul Lama, 5 minutes from Semporna town. Basic & lovely rooms, picnic area & multipurpose hall. A perfect place for relaxing & family occassion. The space Perfect space to retreat & relax while enjoying the amazing scenery of countryside. Ideal place for family retreat and friends gathering. Guest access Each rooms are private. Although the lobby, multi purpose area/hall & open-air/BBQ picnic area are accessible only for in-house guest. Other things to note Breakfast: Complimentary breakfast is provided at our pantry. Please attend yourself as the pantry is always open for guest. Pantry door must be closed at all times to prevent monkeys getting into the pantry. Housekeeping: We are not hotel, we operates limited housekeeping. Please ask for towels change or/and any extra amenities. Flora & Fauna: We are located in mangrove forest and natural habitat of animal kingdom, please be advised of the presents of monkeys, dogs, insects and crawlies within the guesthouse area. Island Trips: Arranging trips with our company (UC Islander Adventures) must be paid in Cash term only. We will arrange island entry permits from the security forces and national parks, please confirm names and pay the trip 1 day before departure. Transport: Taxi app GrabCar & Maxim (similar to Uber) can be use for flexible time & more convenient way to get around Semporna. WiFi: WiFi is available in public areas and is free of charge. The system is still under testing period, it is recommended only for light internet browsing.
