EV charging at 40p KWH. The space Pussey Mouse Rew comprises a detached cottage with private courtyard garden, looking out over 6 acres of lawned gardens, extending down to natural ponds. The covered veranda with seating and outdoor heating, comes with a Webber BBQ and a cute private sauna, with essential oils ready to pamper yourself. Enter through double sliding doors to a spacious vaulted open plan living/dining area, with separate well appointed kitchen. Sile stone worktops, Nespresso coffee machine, fridge, induction hob, Ninja dual air fryer, dishwasher and plenty of utensils. Your larder will be filled with fresh supplies of breakfast goodies and a few extras. Please let us know if you have any dietry requirements. Please note there is no oven. Enjoy cosy evenings snuggled up by the cassette wood burner and stream your favourite programmes on Samsung Smart TV's in both the bedroom and living area or listen to music on the iEcho. The large bedroom has a superking bed and is stylishly presented with pelnty of wardrobe space, fluffy pillows and crisp linen. Please note there is no twin bed option. The ensuite shower room is beautifully apointed with deluge shower, fluffy white towels, Molton Brown toiletries and robes. The accommodation extending over 70 square metres is all on one level, with 1 shallow step to access the property. Please note that due to the abundance of wildlife, including endangered red squirrels and mute swans (seasonal), Pussy Mouse Rew is not suitable for dogs.
