Old cottage with rich history that was built as a part of monastery in 16. century, served as a partisan school during WW2 and a vacation home for factory workers. It sits in the middle of a forest on a hill above Kranj, a few minutes of driving from the railway and bus station. It is now used by Scouts of Rod zelenega Jošta and we happily rent in for groups up to 12 people. It is ideal for people who search for adventure, or those who just want peace with the spirit of this historic cottage. The space Cottage is surrounded by beautiful nature, but is also just 10-15 minutes of driving away from city center of Kranj. The parking space is about 300m away from the house, on top of the hill. The house is accessible by foot on a gravel path. Guest access Whole house, including yard with outside fireplace and grill. Other things to note IMPORTANT, PLEASE READ: The price of the house does not include turist tax which you must pay during your stay: - 1,25 € per night/person for 7-18 year olds - 2,5 € per night/person for 18+ year olds - free for children under 7 years The house has filtered rainwater that is generally ok to drink, but because we cannot guarantee that 100% we provide 5 liters of bottled water per reservation. We provide clean matress sheets, pillows and woolen blankets, but not blanket covers etc. It is reccomended you bring your own sleeping bags. We can also provide our clean sleeping bags for 3€ per bag. The house itself is not direcltly accesible by car. The provided parking is 300 meters from the house.
