Charming house in the heart of the picturesque Tramontana mountains village Deia, only a couple of min walk to the village's shops, bars and well know restaurants and a couple of min drive to the gravel beach 'Cala Deia' (30 min walk). The nearest sandy beaches are in Port Soller (20-25 min drive from Deia) or on the South in Palma bay (30-45 min drive from Deia). Licence: 13109/2015 The space Well kept stone house keeping its local traditional style with cozy dining terrace with fantastic village and mountain views. The accommodation is split between two floors & 4 bedrooms: 2 double bedrooms and 2 single bedrooms with maximum capacity of 6 people. There are 3 A/C units at the property - 2 units in the double bedrooms upstairs and 3rd unit downstairs in front of the single bedroom. 🪵🔥 Fireplace: Please note that the fireplace in the home is not available for guest use. For safety and insurance reasons, it is decorative only. Thank you for helping us keep the home safe! During the colder and rainy season the outside furniture & textiles will be available only on the covered terrace. Non serviced accommodation - the housekeeping is only available for check-in & check-out services. Moderate size vehicle essential !!! Other things to note In order to maintain compliance with local laws (Spain) and promote a safe and legal environment for vacation rentals, every guest 16+ years old will be required to submit their passports for registration with authorities’ data collection portal. Private parking for 1 vehicle. Please rent a moderate size vehicle as a large car will cause you difficulties to get around the old town & park. No pets allowed. No events or parties allowed. Water 💦 in the area during the summer season is scarce, please be advised that the water consumption is monitored and in case of shortages the private property tank will be used therefore the water at the property is NOT UNLIMITED and guests are asked to use the utilities RESPONSIBLY and in a sustainable manner, thank you very much. We will only honor bookings which state truly how many people are staying, bookings that exceed the agreed number of guests will be canceled. !!! ACCESS TO CALA DEIA BEACH !!! Please keep in mind the saturation during the summer. In order to insure safety of the road to the beach, the government have put in place an automatic barrier gate which will close once the parking down at the beach is full ( and will open once a parking spot has been released) . THEREFORE WE RECOMMEND TO PLAN YOUR DAY AT THE BEACH BEFORE 10AM TO MAKE SURE YOU CAN PARK & BARRIER IS OPEN.
