The apartment can accommodate 2 to 4 people and is located on the 1st floor of a small building, equipped with an elevator. The rooms have been furnished with care and house small vintage pieces and some handmade objects with reclaimed wood. The area is quiet and well served, the center is easily reached by public transport (stop 150 meters away) or on foot, with a 20-minute walk along Viale XX Settembre. The total area is about 60 sqm: - fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, kettle, toaster) -living room -bedroom with double bed (180x160) + crib with safety bars for small children - on request - bedroom with single bed, convertible into a double bed - Bathroom with bathtub, equipped with hairdryer -terrace with washing machine - free Wi-Fi connection -Independent heating system - fans in every room during the summer In our apartment you will find: - welcome kit (bathroom products and basic necessities) - free and dedicated parking space in the enclosed courtyard, for exclusive condominium use - free services for young children: crib with bars and related linen (to be requested at the time of booking), changing table, potty, high chair, courtesy stroller, games and books As of June 1, 2018, the Municipality of Trieste also established the Tourist Tax. La Sariandola has a 3-star rating, so the tax is €2.00 (per night/adult) up to a maximum of 5 consecutive. This amount is NOT included in the price and will be requested from the guest upon arrival. PLEASE NOTE: as of 01/01/2026, the tourist tax will be increased to €3.00 per day (resolution approved by the Municipal Council no. 510 dated 10/31/2025) In the same building we also manage another apartment "La Sariandola2", so if you want to visit us with friends, you can stay close and each have your own space. Guests are informed that La Sariandola is a "holiday home" and enjoys a regular operating license issued by the Municipality of Trieste in 2019. In addition, La Sariandola undertakes to communicate the complete personal details of guests to the competent bodies, as required by law, and fulfills all the tax obligations provided for by Italian law.
