The space Main house, single story: - An entrance hall where you will immediately feel welcome. - A pleasant living room where you can, as in the fully enclosed garden, share happy and delicious meals, while watching the sailboats sail. - The barbecue is at your disposal, fuel not provided... as well as garden furniture. - A kitchen, opening onto the garden, fully equipped: dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, traditional oven, kettle, classic coffee maker, fridge freezer, ceramic hob... - A small living room below (4 steps) opening onto the garden, will welcome you for moments of calm, with a small flat screen TV, and a reading corner... the seats of the reading corner are 2 extra beds. - A double bedroom (bed: 140 cm x 190 cm), with closet and sink. - A bathroom with bathtub, toilet. Annexed maisonette, single-story: - With its 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and toilet. - 1 bedroom with 1 double bed 140 cm x 190 cm, and the second with 2 single beds of 80 cm X 190 cm, which can be joined together. Linens can be provided (rates at the end of the photos). Bike rental with delivery and pick-up possible. (BeachBike partner) Upon arrival, you will be welcomed by the Xavier Concierge, established in St Palais sur Mer, who will show you the places and will remain reachable for the duration of your stay. The Conciergerie is open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m.; any departure or arrival outside the announced hours will result in an additional cost. Ideal for a successful stay by the sea, you will be almost on the waterfront...
