This is my primary home, which I let out while I am away. It is therefore made with love, good quality furniture and fittings. It is on the sought after Nightingale Triangle in Clapham, a safe neighbourhood. The building is 1930’s art deco. Vivienne Westwood used to live here and the building was therefore nicknamed the House of Punk. Grocery shops and a huge park, Clapham Common, are 2 mins away. The closest tube station is 5 mins away and it’s about 25mins to Mayfair/Oxford Street The space Guests have exclusive access to the penthouse flat comprising of the following : - one living room with open plan kitchen - one bedroom with foldable study desk & chair, library with interesting books - large bathroom with a bathtub that has a skylight over it - small balcony Sunsets are usually stunning The TV is connected to a Bose system The food cupboard is well stocked with lentils, Indian masalas etc There is free parking in the building compound. Other things to note Mine is a vegetarian place. No cooking meat/fish please. It’s on the 4th floor but the lift only goes to the 3rd floor so guests need to climb up one floor. The bed in the bedroom is a comfy sofabed that is a UK double bed size.
