The Overlook

The Overlook got its name from the oversized deck overlooking the award-winning Cape Fear river walk! The Overlook is one of the best spots in downtown Wilmington. Within walking distance to several restaurants, bars, museums, breweries, and more! The Overlook offers a king bed, one bath, and a massive deck for morning coffees or sipping afternoon wine. Enjoy all of downtown Wilmington in this centrally located condo! The space You'll love the open concept floor plan of the main living spaces which all center around the doors leading to the balcony with amazing river views. The cozy living room has plenty of seating space for your group and leads to the updated kitchen with barstool seating at the peninsula. There's even a desk if you need to work during your stay. The bedroom is located at the back of the condo and has a king size bed with comfortable linens. The balcony is the best feature of the condo. Start your day by enjoying a coffee on your private space right over the Riverwalk, or end your day with a drink as you enjoy a Cape Fear sunset. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire condo and balcony. We have a locked owner's closet for our storage but otherwise you'll be able to use everything in the condo. Other things to note We provide a parking pass for one car in a parking lot located a few blocks from the condo. Please be sure to review our cancellation policy prior to making your reservation. We strongly recommend purchasing trip insurance at the time of booking.
