The Loft at Lower Farm

The Loft is part of a large complex of traditional Cotswold stone barns, built as a model farm over 200 years ago. It is situated above our stable yard in the centre of a working farm. On one side from the window you’ll probably see horses coming in for breakfast, the other side has views over the riding arena and farmland. Not suitable for infants and children under 12. The space Ascending two flights of outside steps leads you to the front door. This opens into the spacious and naturally light open plan kitchen, dining and living area. The fully equipped kitchen includes; oven, hob, kettle, toaster, microwave, washing machine, fridge, freezer, and cafetiere. There is tea, coffee and sugar for your convenience. There is a dining table with seating for 2. The living area has a sofa and rocking chair. There is a TV with access to freeview and using your own account Netflix and Amazon Prime. The bedroom has a double bed with anti allergic bedding, black out blind, USB charger points and hanging space. The bathroom has a shower cubicle, with WC and sink. Towels are provided. The outside space (not private) allows you to enjoy the sunrise, sunset and stunning views of the surrounding fields. You are welcome to walk around the farm and enjoy the outdoor space. You may be welcomed on arrival by a large and a small dog. Both are friendly trip hazards! Guest access Free parking is outside the stairs to the The Loft for one car but just let us know if you require space for a second car. You are welcome to enjoy the outdoor space either by a walk around the farm or by the Info Hut (Black hut on right at top of drive) there are deck chairs and outdoor seating , please let us know if you would like a fire pit to sit around (weather permitting). We can welcome your horse(s) too, please message for information on this. Other things to note Lower Farm Air BnB’s are part of a rambling range of historic Cotswold barns. They share the 200 acre setting with our horses, the working Farm, a Rainwear company, and during summer months, a small adult only back to nature pop up campsite. We are a No Smoking property near the entire farm complex. Please protect our wildlife by not dropping cigarette ends or vapes.
