"Sailors Rest" Holiday House

Sailors Rest offers you a comfortable stay with all the comforts expected at home. Located just 50m off the waterfront of Manly with 5 km of beachfront walking track at your door. Bring your fishing rods! Easy walk into Manly along the esplande overlooking the bay and boats. Take a boat ride or enjoy the view from the restaurants and bars overlooking the bay. Magic location. Jump on a train to explore the city or the motorway to the Gold Coast 1h south or Sunshine Coast 1hr north. Beach to City The space The house is a high set house with 3 bedrooms , kitchen , lounge and bathroom upstairs. Downstairs is a called the Captains Cabin and can be rented for larger groups but additional cleaning applies . The second shower and toilet are downstairs and the laundry. If you rent the entire house you are not sharing with another group of people. This house can be rented by rooms only , and so if renting by room you would be sharing. This listing and price is whole house. Guest access The guest will receive a key for house and if paying for additional cleaning and charge has access to the Captains Cabin downstairs. The garage is locked and not accessible as we use that for storage. There is parking for one car in the drive. Other things to note This may be pet friendly if you book the entire house.
