The 40 m² Seda apartments accommodate a double bed, a living room area with a sofa, and a fully equipped kitchen. They are situated in the heart of El Born which is the trendy and upbeat part of the Old Town in Barcelona. The apartments lay right next to the Gothic quarter of Barcelona which is the oldest part of the city, therefore bringing forth an amazing historical importance! The space Seda has received the WeRespect seal for promoting responsible tourism and positive coexistence between residents and tourists. The Seda apartments building has been renovated to strict rules and guidelines which conserves the historic facade of the ancient gothic quarter. The apartments are located from the first to the fifth floor of this lovely building. It's modern and comfy with little touches of old-school cool. From the living/dining area you can look down onto Calle Rec, a small street with some great stores and good restaurants. With an open plan layout and some distinct characteristics such as original curved ceilings which are typical in some of our lovely old Catalonian buildings, any guest can relax after a day of adventuring through the narrow cobbled stone lanes of the old town. The living room areas have a comfortable sofa bed, and it's a nice area to sit back in and enjoy some quiet time before heading out to the hustle and bustle of Barcelona. The kitchens are fully equipped, while the bathroom offers a shower unit and is stylishly decorated with mosaic tiling. The property also has access to a shared terrace. PLEASE NOTE: as mentioned above, this lovely building is typical of the Born area in Barcelona, so there is NO elevator. Instead, the low and narrow entrance to the building leads to a beautiful spiral staircase. It's the perfect touch of old-school cool—and you'll get a bit of exercise! Adults Only Property.
