Lovely three bedroom, 2 bathroom refurbished cottage in a pretty village. Lovely garden with river running along the boundary, with outside seating on pretty patio .Beautiful surrounding countryside with miles of walks .Plenty of off road parking and easy access to the market town of Saffron Walden ( 4 miles), Cambridge, the horse racing capital Newmarket and to the trains to London Liverpool street. Plenty of local places to eat. The space The cottage is a lovely semi detached property with ample parking and a large garden with a small river running along the boundary. The garden is fully fenced with a 3 foot high fence. There is a patio with table, chairs and parasol. Internally the house has been completely refurbished to a high standard with comfortable beds, with Emma mattresses and fresh cotton bed linen and towels. The kitchen is well equipped. There is a smart TV in the kitchen and another in the Sitting room. Free WIFI is available throughout the house. Please note there is no Sky or BT box in the property so please bring your own cables if you wish to watch anything other than terrestrial channels . Guest access Access is available to all areas. Other things to note Please note that the stairs are steep and narrow so not suitable for very small children unless supervised or for people with limited mobility. We welcome one well behaved dog. A second dog may be allowed subject to owners approval. There is a charge for each dog. There is an extra charge of £30per stay if the second double bed is occupied by a single person.
