Sweet & Cozy 1BR on brdr of Gowanus/Boerum Hill

Charming, quiet and comfortable 2nd floor apartment in Gowanus, Brooklyn. A cool and convenient spot in Brooklyn to be that's central, interesting, and a few minutes walk to other fantastic neighbourhoods like Boerum Hill and Cobble Hill (with Smith St being a major draw.) 10 minutes on the Subway to the lower east side & 20 minutes to mid-town Manhattan. Clean, cutely decorated and stocked with everything you need, I'll endeavour to make your stay as comfortable as possible! The space There's a pretty small bedroom fitting really just the double bed and a small side table, leading to the open plan living room with a couch, wood and iron coffee table, a teal faux leather chair and an antique mirror and cream desk. The kitchen is well stocked (we're always happy to buy something you request) with the little bathroom by the door. I'd describe the feel of the apartment as small, but oddly spacious!! The recently renovated bathroom has new tiles, paint and fixtures. I lived happily here for 6 years. It's not fancy, but it's comfortable and clean, and will serve you well if you're laid back and want to experience (the better side of) New York.
