Welcome to our private holiday home! It is a 2 minute walk (250m) to the wonderful Vyzakia and Cavo Maris turtle beaches. The house is spacious on 2 floors, with 1 double bedroom and 1 bedroom which sleeps 4 (2 bunk beds), 1 crib room, 1 guest toilet downstairs, 1 shower/toilet upstairs, as well as an outdoor shower (convenient for when you get back from the beach!) and a lush garden with vine tree, lemon tree, fig tree and mango tree to relax in The space Your home away from home! Our house is spacious with a large secluded back garden with fruit trees! It is fully air-conditioned (living room and bedrooms). There is a veranda in front. The bedrooms and bathroom are upstairs. The house is in a small quiet complex, along with nine other holiday homes. There is a dedicated parking space but you could also easily park your vehicle right at the front of the house entrance. The house is a 3 minute walk to some of the best beaches in Protara (Lombardi, Vyzakia, Cavo Maris, Green Bay) where you can see and snorkel with turtles! And a short drive to Fig Tree Bay, which is in the top 10 beaches in the world. There is free wi-fi access and smart TV. All doors and windows are protected with fly screen / mosquito nets so the house is mosquito and fly proof! The windows are all double glazing. Guest access You have full access to the secluded large back garden with grass and fruit trees and a Cypriot-style barbeque. Perfect for children or for relaxing. There are toys for children in the garden and an outside shower. The kitchen has everything you need (mixer, utensils, oven etc) and we provide you with all the necessary things on arrival (fruit, coffee, wine, tea, ice cream etc!) Other things to note Wifi is included! Smart TV. The house is like a home from home, with coffee, teas, fruit, ice cream for children and some Cyprus treats. The house, bed linen and towels professionally cleaned. Electricity, water and taxes are included in the price. Please note that electricity consumption is subject to a fair usage policy. (Please ensure you Do NOT leave the air-condition on when you are not in the house etc).
