Cae Adda cottage is cosy and warm

Our cottage has a wood burning stove, which keeps you cosy on winter evenings. Situated right by Trawsfynydd lake, with amazing views. If peace and tranquility is what you are looking for then this is the perfect spot for you. Sorry no pets. And no swimming or inflatables allowed on Trawsfynydd lake as it’s primarily a fishing lake. Great cycle and footpath round the lake for any one wanting to get out. We are situated inside the snowdonia national park so plenty of places to visit close by. The space Our cottage has living room with wood burning stove. Kitchen with microwave, washing machine,dishwasher and fridge/freezer. 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin bedroom Bathroom with shower Hair dryer Iron and ironing board Double glazing throughout Our cottage is situated within the grounds of Cae Adda campsite, however it’s extremely secluded and far away from the camping fields giving you the peace and quiet needed, right on the lake. Guest access Our cottage is set on 4 acres of land located close to the lake, sadly there’s no swimming or inflatables allowed only hard bottomed boats via permit and only fly fishing allowed too. Other things to note We are situated between Porthmadog and Dolgellau Close to Llechwedd Deep Mine - slate caverns, bounce below ( trampoline cavern) and zip wire Coed y Brenin, cycling, walking and running trails At the entrance of Cae Adda there is a cycle/ footpath around Trawsfynnydd lake. Only fly fishing allowed on the lake via a permit.
