Situated in green pine hills, we are only 15 mins car ride from the ancient city of Kuşadasi. A free shuttle to the beach, pols, aqua park, gym, tennis are all included. Our flat is equipped for your perfect holiday: a master bedroom, a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds + baby cot, 2 bathrooms and sofa bed in the lounge. The space Our beautiful flat is located in the coastal hills. This means you can enjoy spectacular sunsets and enjoy the breeze especially during the hot and dry summer months. We have taken care to fully insulate the flat and equip the kitchen with new Bosch appliances – a washing machine, a dishwasher, cooker, oven and a large fridge. There is an outdoor patio with table and chairs - ideal for scenic breakfasts. There are 3 ACs in the flat, a flat-screen TV and high-speed internet, making this an ideal place for holiday and occasional working from home. Hair dryer, towels and bed linen are all provided. Our home is a great starting point to explore the Aegean coast with many historic sites of Byzantine, Genovese and ancient Greco-Roman cultures nearby (Ephesus, Smyrna Agora, Samos island by ferry). Those more adventurous can drive down the coast towards the Lycian Way (4 hr drive) and the Butterfly valley, stopping by in Bergama, temple of Aphrodite in Didim, Bodrum castle and Marmaris- Akyaakalar. Guest access The property is an hour's drive from Izmir airport (80km) and 1 hr 40mins from Bodrum (120km). There are taxis available and public mini buses to nearby towns and sites of interest. We would recommend taxis or rented cars. The cheapest option for car rental is from Izmir Airport, but there are plenty of car options in Kusadasi available too.
