House C is part of the Μylos residential complex. It is a residential complex that consists of three modest individual-family houses (A, B, C). Located a few minutes walking distance from the port and the main square of Antiparos town, in a quiet area with stunning panoramic views of the nearby islands. It combines the comfort of being next to the town and the quietness of the rural environment. The space The House is built on three levels, with the living room and kitchen as one space located on the first level,
 one bedroom in the middle, and two bedrooms on the lower level. Both bathrooms are located on the lower level, with one bathroom for the exclusive use of one bedroom. The second bathroom serves the other two bedrooms. Taking advantage of the existing topography, the spaces in the lower level are infiltrated into the earth like a retaining stone wall, while the upper part, in white lime stucco, settles on top. The living space and the bigger bedroom are designed on the east-west axis to provide the inner space with the breeze from the north and natural light from the south. The main terrace of the living space is located to the east with an open, broad view toward the sea and Paros Island. In the bedroom on the middle level, in order to keep the space fresh, there is an A/C and two windows for a natural breeze from the north and east. On the lower level, although the bedrooms stay naturally fresh, for the hottest days, there is Air conditioning in one bedroom and a ceiling fan in the other. The bedrooms on the lower level have direct access to the outdoor area of ​​the house. There is a washing machine on the lower level.
