Quiet Loft in the heart of Kreuzberg The space With us you live in a beautiful 120 sqm loft in the quiet backyard of a renovated old industrial building. The residential complex connects Reichenbergerstraße with Paul-Lincke Ufer. The courtyards are artfully designed and there is a concierge. Since the residential complex extends over 6 rear courtyards, it offers a safe oasis of calm in the middle of the vital Kreuzberg. The loft is very comfortably accessible with an elevator. If you step out of the residential complex, you are directly on the canal of the beautiful Paul-Lincke-Ufer, where you can play boules, stroll, eat, shop or just have a coffee in the sun. The Görlitzer, Schönleinstrasse or Kottbusser Tor subway stations are within a 10-15 minute walk. The M29 bus runs right outside the door, which takes you directly to Kurfürstendamm (Ku'damm) or Potsdamer Platz or Checkpoint Charly, for example. There are many nice cafés, restaurants, and small cute shops on the canal and in the Kreuzköllner Kiez. The famous market on the Maybachufer, which takes place every Tuesday and Friday, is only about 5 minutes' walk away. Every second Sunday there is a flea market on the opposite side of the canal ("Flowmarkt Nowkölln"). Every Saturday, a creative market invites you to shop for often handmade things. It is a very nice and young neighborhood. In the apartment, there are 2 bathrooms, one of which has a bathtub and a shower. The bright large room is equipped with a dining table for 10 people, a cozy sitting area, sofa corner, a bed and an open kitchen. There is also the possibility to set up the couch (sofa bed) to two more sleeping places. The apartment can be reached by an elevator that stops right outside the apartment door.
