Les Logis La Fontaine are ideally located 5 minutes from Puy du Fou. The "Coquelicot" cottage can accommodate up to 7 people and is part of a country house that includes 3 accommodations in total (2 studios + this duplex). The accommodation is located in the town center of St Malo du Bois, 200 m from local shops: bakery, tobacco bar, convenience store... The space Ideal for families, friends or colleagues, this accommodation retains the charm of the original house with its exposed stones and beams. It consists of a very large living room on the ground floor with an extra sofa bed, 2 bedrooms upstairs, 1 separate toilet, 1 bathroom with toilet. A baby crib is available, it is not included in the capacity. The Coquelicot house is functional, well-equipped and very comfortable. It has a large connected TV (55'') with connection to a PC for multimedia presentations during seminars, a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, centralized electric shutters, pellet stove for winter evenings. Guests can relax in its original winter garden thanks to its garden furniture placed on a synthetic lawn to feel good on vacation! You can also enjoy our exteriors and settle down for a break at one of our picnic tables, a barbecue is available to our guests in this shared outdoor space. You also have direct access to a large green space to go for a walk, from here you will see the Camargue sheep grazing in the neighboring enclosure. Bed linen and towels can be provided at an additional cost upon prior request. Possibility of extending reservations to other juxtaposed accommodations: Studio "Capucine" for 2 people, Studio "Iris" for 3 people and the house "Tournesol" for 6/8 people for a total capacity of up to 20 people in all of Logis La Fontaine. (No more than the number of people is allowed without prior agreement) Check-in is from 4:30pm/5pm (if you arrive late, we can make the key available to you thanks to a digicode number that we will communicate to you) Checkout must occur before 11 a.m. Minimum 2-night stay, except from July 1 to August 31, which is 3 nights. Also located 20 minutes from the Oriental Park of Maulévrier, the Cholet Textile Museum and the Séguinière Factory Outlets, 1 hour from the Vendée coast and its beautiful beaches, 1 hour from the Poitevin Marshes, 1.5 hours from the Futuroscope, 1 hour from the machines of the island of Nantes and 1 hour from Terra Botanica in Angers. Guest access You have two parking spaces right in front of the accommodation in the very quiet private cul-de-sac. Possibility of parking other vehicles in the church square which is only a few dozen meters away. Other things to note The rental does not include bed linen and towels. Towel and dishwasher tablets are available in the kitchen. For your information, in order to provide your bed linen: The size of the mattresses is at the standard 90x190 for single beds and 140x190 for double beds and clic clac.
