Stay in one of the original farmhouses in the Cairns area, over a century old, now upgraded with modern comforts to make your stay extra special. Long stays are very welcome! Just a heads-up: Manunda isn’t in the heart of the CBD, but it’s a nearby residential suburb (about 4.8km or a 7-minute drive). You may hear a bit of the city hustle from time to time. Pet-Friendly Info We love pets! Outdoor pets stay for free (indoor pets by special request—extra fees and rules may apply). Our property is pet-friendly, and we welcome smaller dogs and other pets by negotiation. Well-behaved pets are welcome indoors, but please keep them off the furniture unless you’ve brought your own sheets or rugs to cover it. Guests must remove all traces of their pets, including fur/hair, food, stains, smells, or faeces. Any damage caused by your pet (such as to screens, paintwork, furniture, gardens, etc.) must be reported and will be charged to you. If your pet barks excessively, please use a bark collar, or you may be asked to leave. For indoor pets, there is a refundable pet surcharge of $1000. Have a special request or occasion? Guest access Guests Will Have Complete Access To The Home. Other things to note *Please read* -Pets are aloud outside only, indoor pets will incur an additional cleaning surcharge. You must take appropriate measures to minimise your dogs barking. If your dog barks excessively for the sake of surrounding residents you may be asked to leave. -By staying here you agree to fully pay for any damage caused by your pets. -If the the keys are lost during your stay a charge of $50 for keys & $100 for remotes will apply. -Bins are located in the driveway (Bins to be put outside every Wednesday night to be emptied Thursday morning. ) -Please note some items in the photos such as food and drinks are just for display purposes and may not be included. -There are two separate private buildings on this property both available on Airbnb and a large garage that is used as our storage. Safety note the main gate automatically closes after a few minuets. -In Cairns it is common for flying and crawling insects to enter a home especially if the doors are left open, we supply insect spray to help control any insects in addition to our regular cleaning between bookings. We are outdoors people and have good local knowledge, we are happy to give you some ideas of things to do and how to get there including the places in our photos.
