Clint and Céline offer their 124 m² cocoon including 4 bedrooms, located in a charming countryside countryside ideally close to Fontainebleau and Milly la Forêt, in a wooded setting located in a cul-de-sac with very little traffic. To relax and share with friends or family, you have access to the 700 m² garden including a large semi-covered terrace (to enjoy summer and winter). A key box will open the door for you. The space On the ground floor you will find: - A living room: air-conditioned with a large sofa, WIFI (fiber), TV and board games to play with friends/family, a dining area containing an indoor table and chairs for 4-6 people. - A kitchen: equipped (kettle, toaster, oven, microwave, Italian coffee maker, fridge/freezer, stove, dishwasher, dishes and utensils). - Bedroom 1: air-conditioned, a double bed 160 × 200, TV and dresser. - Bedroom 2: a large 160×200 bed, a wardrobe with shelves. - A bathroom equipped with a bathtub. - Separate toilet Upstairs you will find: - Bedroom 3: air-conditioned, a child's bed (70 x 120), a small sofa bed 2 places 120 × 190. - Bedroom 4: air-conditioned, 1 single bed 90 × 190, 1 single bed 90 × 200, a small sofa bed 2 places 120 × 190. On request: barbecue, washing machine, fondue, raclette, extension cord, iron, chairs...
