Family coastal retreat Our Family Beach house is the perfect place for family groups to get together, relax and enjoy all that the Mornington Peninsula has to offer. Comfortably sleeping 18 people and featuring a large 88m2 deck with Spa, BBQ and huge back yard for a family game of cricket, kick of the footy or lazing in a shady or sunny spot and enjoying the peace. 7 minute walk to the beach and 3 minute drive to Supermarket, Cafes, Restaurants, Ice Cream parlors and Shops. The space Our beach house is situated in a quiet neighbourhood and is not suitable for schoolies or bucks nights. Freshly painted and rejuvenated, our much loved family retreat includes: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, powder room, air conditioning, large outdoor deck and BBQ area plus a luxurious jacuzzi Spa that seats 5-8 people comfortably. Our house includes a generous open plan space with eating area. Our home is equally enjoyable during the winter months with a warm fire place with plenty of wood. Heating in every room and Electric blankets on all double beds. The reverse cycle air conditioner warms the house up quickly while you build your fire and get the marshmallows ready! While 18 people can sleep at the house the meals area is currently set up for 8-10. We have a foldout table and extra seating if a very large group desires to eat at the same time. There are 2 showers and 2 toilets on the property. ( 2nd shower and toilet are in a freestanding complex in the back yard. please see descriptions on photos.) There is plenty of off street parking and room for a boat or jet ski. All towels, bed Linen and Doonas/Blankets included in the price Guest access Guests have the full use of house and garden.
