Beautiful double room in historic old town

Hello, I offer two fully furnished, interconnected rooms in a cozy old-style flat share. These rooms - a living / working area (23 m2) and a bedroom (16 m2) - are part of a sun-drenched apartment on the 3rd floor of a listed apartment building in the culinary Heusteigviertel. The apartment measures a total of around 147m2 and is divided into four living rooms. A lockable bike cellar also ensures the safety of your bike. The space For the living / working area, the furniture was carefully selected and put together with lots of love. The area not only invites you to chill out, working at a desk in a leather armchair becomes a pleasure. In the bedroom there is a separate shower with toilet, which is only available to you and does not have to be shared with anyone in the shared apartment. A double bed (1.40 * 2), a wardrobe, a recliner and two bedside tables complete your bedroom. Your rooms are 39 m2 in total and have their own apartment entrance. If necessary, this door can be unlocked. Guest access A large stately hallway, an inviting kitchen with a balcony and storage room as well as a guest toilet and further storage / laundry room also belong to the apartment. There was also an integrated cloakroom that was appropriate at the time. The kitchen is fully equipped and the laundry room has a washing machine and space for a clothes horse. An ironing board and an iron round off the laundry room. During your stay You can reach me at any time on my cell phone. Other things to note As it’s an old building and the heating pipes are made of copper, you may hear some heating noises in this room during the winter — especially when the pipes warm up or cool down. The flat is shared with Marc (27, IT in the automotive industry) and Mareike (23, construction project management). Both are long-term tenants. At the same time, we respect that everyone sometimes needs their own space.
