Our cottage is located in Saint-Privat, a charming village backed by southern Larzac, and part of the Terres d'Hérault Geopark. Located between Millau and Montpellier, in the center of 3 Major Sites (Salagou-Cirque de Mourèze, Gorges de l'Hérault and Cirque de Navacelles) it is the perfect base for visiting Occitania, discovering its heritage and cultural sites, gastronomic specialties and wine tourism, and enjoying outdoor activities. Customized advice guaranteed! The space Our 75 m2 cottage is next to our house and sleeps 7 comfortably. Its access is totally independent and the vegetated terrace is private. Our accommodation offer includes: - a beautiful open plan living room: a seating area, a dining area and an equipped kitchen - Bedroom 1 : 3 beds with a 140 × 190 cm bed and a 90 × 190 cm bed - Bedroom 2 : 4 beds with a 140 × 190 cm bed and two 90 × 190 cm bunk beds - a bathroom with a shower, a bathtub and the toilet - a storage-dressing space - a private terrace of about 25 m2 with a dining area, a garden furniture and a plancha - access to the swimming pool (7m x 4.20 m and 1.50 m deep), surrounded by a travertine paved terrace. In service from May to October depending on the weather. The water treatment is done with a salt electrolyzer, ensuring a healthy and environmentally-friendly disinfection. Access to the pool area is shared with us, passing by the path on the edge of the property. Children must be accompanied by an adult and are under their responsibility to access the pool, throughout the time of swimming. Access to the swimming pool is not allowed at night and is strictly reserved for the occupants of the cottage (guests not allowed). - Private parking in the garage for one vehicle. Parking is available for any additional vehicle. We'll provide you with: Pillows and duvets In the kitchen: condiments and basic supplies Numerous tourist documentation and IGN map of our territory Equipment for small children (2 umbrella beds + mattress, 2 high chairs, 1 booster, 1 bathtub, 1 pot, 1 wc reducer...) We do not provide bed linen, towels, bath mat, tea towels, or sponges. No pets allowed. Strictly No smoking inside the cottage. Parties are forbidden. 2 night minimum stay.
