DO NOT BOOK my apartment if you want to be in the busy historic centre. DO BOOK if you wanna enjoy the energy of A'dam ánd enjoy a good night rest. Appartement GROUND FLOOR in SUBURB with fast access tot the historic centre. Fully equiped and spacious studio in quiet. The Arena, Afas & Ziggo dome are in walking distance. The AMC, RAI, University's & Airport are very nearby. Everybody is welcome, no matter what gender, religion or nationality you have. And all of Amsterdam has paid parking. The space The apartment is on the ground floor with a private bathroom and mini kitchen. So you don't have to climb steep stairs with heavy suitcases. You also have access to the washing machine and dryer. My house is NOT in the centre of Amsterdam but in a quiet, green neighborhood. But in walking distance to the Bijlmer Boulevard entertainment area (10 minutes walk): Afas live, the Arena, Ziggo Dome, Pathe Arena Cinema’s. Don’t miss a show. You wanna go the historic city? Take a walk of 10-15 minutes to the metro station and it will take directly to the city centre. So, if you want a nice and quiet apartment you're very welcome. You want the hustle and bustle of the city centre. Look elsewhere. Available: large bathroom with a spacious walk-in shower, mini kitchen with refrigerator, microwave, coffee machine, water heater, unlimited fast wifi, washing machine, dryer, dining table with two comfortable chairs. Two beds with quality mattresses. The windows face south so you can wake up with the sun, alternatively there are black-out curtains for those who'd like to sleep in. I love food and can introduce you to hearty and delicious Dutch cuisine, such as hachee or hutspot! Nice, nutritious meals with a good bottle of wine. For a really nice breakfast go to the Bakkerswinkel in de Warmoestraat, For lunch go to Nel's place op het Amstelveld. You like liquer? Go to Wijnand Focking likeurwinkel in de Pijlstraat. You don't want to walk ?! Do what the locals do. Bike! Be warned. Cycling in Amsterdam has its own rules ... Try and you know why. I can help you discover the Netherlands and have many suggestions of delightful destinations to visit...Keukenhof, Muiden Castle, Volendam, Giethoorn, the windmills of Kinderdijk. Other things to note You have your own apartment with all the furnishings and self-contained facilities. You can also sit in the front garden. To get to your apartment you enter through the main kitchen. I have a lovely doggie named Mellow. She has no entrance to your apartment but sometimes you will see her when we go out for a walk. My house is in a quiet suburb of Amsterdam, which has the advantage that it is quiet and you can sleep well. The disadvantage is that you have to take the metro and take a walk through the park to go to the historic city. Advantage.
