Spacious , modern, two-story, apartment in the most sought after location in Fremantle - the 'West End'. 10 min walk to B shed Ferry 3 min walk to Cappuccino strip and Fremantle markets 10 min walk to Fremantle train station 10 min walk to the Roundhouse 5 min walk to Bather Bay Beach We are only a short distance from the Fremantle Cappuccino strip where you will find great restaurants, bars, cafes and opportunities to 'people watch’. City of Fremantle Registration Number: SSA24/0061 The space Complimentary cereal, milk, tea and coffee and treats will be provided for your stay. The Apartment is two story ( please refer to the floor plan provided for more information). The lower level consists of a lounge /TV room with access to the 1st floor balcony. It also has dining area with a separate fully fitted kitchen, laundry and toilet. The upper level has access to the 2nd floor balcony, two bedrooms both with comfortable Queen size beds. Both bedrooms have a wardrobe space and you will be provided with fresh linen and towels for use during your stay. A single undercover parking space is provided for quests who may have a car. Please note the parking space is not suitable for campervans. If you wish to use car bay you need to request it when booking and access the apartment initially where we will provide you with a remote access for the undercover car bay. Thinking of an extended stay, please view our weekly and monthly discounted prices. The apartment has free WIFI, smart TV, and is fully air conditioned. Washing machine and dryer, crockery, cutlery, pots, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, microwave, fridge/freezer are available for guests use. Are children included in the booking? Due to the internal open staircase and open balcony on upper level the apartment is NOT SUITABLE FOR SMALL CHILDREN but a small baby who is not yet on the move would be acceptable. PLEASE NOTE DUE TO THE CENTRAL LOCATION THERE WILL BE TRAFFIC NOISE FROM EARLY MORNING DELIVERIES TO NEARBY RESTAURANTS ETC PLEASE CONSIDER THIS WHEN MAKING YOUR BOOKING. Guest access Guests please note this is a SELF CHECK IN apartment. We are available if you prefer assistance with the check in by messaging or phoning us and making a time to meet you in Norfolk St. Please allow yourself 5 -10 minutes to access the apartment. Firstly access the carpark remote from the #8 Norfolk St mailbox. You will be given access codes to mailbox lock and front door keypad prior to your arrival. We ask you to confirm you have received these. Once you have accessed the carpark remote from #8 mailbox enter complex via carpark, go up the stairs in middle of carpark, turn right at top of stairs and left down the far laneway to apartment 8. The front door is opened via a code which we will send you a couple days prior to check in. When booking the apartment, please specify the number of guest that will be staying. We allow up to 4 guests maximum. Other things to note * Please ensure you have read and considered these items prior to booking the apartment. *A strict policy on no friends/others invited back to the apartment unless discussed and approved when booking. Maximum 4 guests when booking. * As apartment is located in downtown Fremantle there is traffic and street cleaning noise please consider this when booking. * The apartment is NOT SUITABLE for young children due to open style balconies on 2nd floor and open style internal staircase. *No partying, loud music or noisy gatherings, please respect our neighbours. * We ask guests when entering and leaving the apartment that they be mindful of other residents by keeping noise levels down. * Use only the one allocated parking bay marked '8' on the ground floor. * We trust that guests will take good care of the beautiful things we leave in the apartment for your enjoyment. * Please note smoking is not permitted in the apartment on the balcony or anywhere within the strata complex. *Due to health and safety issues we do not provide cots or high chairs Registration Details STRA616020B7BCO2
