Close to all amenities, it consists of: On the ground floor: equipped kitchen open to the living room and its small lounge, laundry room, toilet. Upstairs: 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms including one bedroom with separate shower room. Our favorite is the vaulted cellar, hosting its foosball table.
