We are close to restaurants, bars, cafes, & East End markets: Spitalfields, Brick Lane, Columbia Rd, Broadway. Plus easy access to the West End. The space Very secure, very quiet, very private - what more do you need for a perfect stay in London! Our guest studio is completely self contained. You have the whole ground floor of our contemporary town house including your own front door. The space has its own private bathroom (toilet and shower) and separate sleeping and seating areas. >>There is a small fridge for cold drinks and snacks, tea and coffee making facilities **but not a full kitchen**. You have your own direct access to our outdoor shared terrace with seating for breakfasting in the sun. Our lane is car free and protected by a security gate. If you are staying for more than 7 nights, we will fit fresh bed linen & towels & your room will be cleaned if required.). Located in the heart of Hackney, East London, in walking distance of London Fields, Dalston, Hoxton and Shoreditch, lots and lots of restaurants, markets, bars, shops, the Olympic Park. Thank you.** *Please note the studio is not suitable for children under 12 years* Guest access We try to be flexible and where possible allow guests to check in early, especially if coming off a long flight (although this cannot be guaranteed). Check out: 11am but you are welcome to store your luggage with us. You have the private ground floor studio to yourself including your own toilet & shower. The studio has a small fridge to store snacks/drinks and facilities to make hot drinks. We'll provide you with a list of the many great & affordable restaurants and great coffee places close by. We can also recommend many restaurants that deliver. You also have you own access to the sunny communal terrace with seating. As we are a small private community protected by a security gate (that's why it is so quiet and safe! see photos) only guests listed on the booking can be on the property. No visitors.
