Hi, we are Giulio and Donatella, we live in a village immersed in the silence of the Mantua countryside, 20 km from Mantua and near Sabbioneta. Within a radius of 50 km, less than an hour's drive, you will have the cities of Verona, Parma, Cremona and Lake Garda. We provide our guests with free wi-fi, parking, access to the pool, use of the barbecue, and 3000 square meters of garden. Small pets are welcome. Buffet breakfast, parking and Wi-Fi are included in the price. The space The 75-square-meter apartment on the first floor offers an equipped kitchen and a living room with a sofa bed. Each room is equipped with a private bathroom, TV and minibar. Guests can enjoy free Wi-Fi, parking, and access to the pool during the summer. The apartment is equipped with dishes, sheets, towels and toiletries. The decor is characterized by bright and constantly evolving colors, ensuring a cozy and modern environment. Guest access Guests can enjoy unrestricted access to the property, with no set check-in times. The breakfast area is always available, as well as the barbecue and gazebo for relaxing moments. Parking and Wi-Fi are offered free of charge. Please note that smoking is not allowed inside the property. During your stay The apartment is at the guests' complete disposal, while Giulio and Donatella, the owners, stay on the lower floor. Other things to note The summer pool is 1.40 cm deep, 16 meters long and 7 meters wide. It is forbidden to dive. Parking and wifi are free.
