Beautiful house in KZN's finest coastal estate, with outstanding sea views and a shared swimming pool plus access to estate open pool and forest walks. A gem! The space This beautifully proportioned 2 bedroom house is tastefully decorated and is available as your holiday rental over peak holiday periods. It is situated in the upstairs section of my home - where I live most of the year. Minimum let of one week. Dunkirk Estate is one of the smaller, more exclusive estates, with lush coastal bush, its own restaurant (Ray's Kitchen), a communal pool, a tennis court and spa. The house offers easy access to many beaches, and is only a 5 minute drive from Salt Rock main beach. Situated on a pristine coastal forest with abundant bird life, you will have easy access to kilometres of walking trails (with bushbuck, duiker, porcupines and mongooses making a regular appearance). Woolworths/Checkers/Spar and Clicks are a 2 - 5 minute drive away (taking the hassle out of holiday shopping entirely) and Dunkirk Estate is an easy 20 minute drive from King Shaka International Airport. This house was built as 2 self-contained units, upstairs and downstairs, each with a complete fitted kitchen and private entrance. There is a tenant downstairs. The house pool is shared between the 2 units. Guest access Pool, restaurant, spa, walks on the estate. Other things to note This property is not suitable for very small children as there are glass-fronted cupboards in the kitchen, and unfenced stairs to the upstairs floor. Having said that, I've had many visitors with small children stay quite happily - some supervision required! The pool is fenced but I would recommend children are pool safe, as the home pool is a shared facility.
