Our 11th floor, modern mainly white-walled, 2 double-bed apartment boasts some of the best views across Cardiff and The Bay area. The main railway station, city centre and Principality Stadium are but a 15 minute walk north or, turn south and you'll be at the Millennium Centre and Mermaid Quay in the same time. Currently there are works going on at the block so there is scaffolding up and the balcony is not in use. The view is still great. The space The apartment is on the 11th floor of 12 and boasts some of the best views of Cardiff. It's extremely quiet, there being only 2 apartments on the 11th floor and only 1 above. Each bedroom is spacious and comfortable as is the lounge. The kitchen is fully fitted and equipped with integrated appliances and the bathroom has a shower.. There is one car parking space allocated to the apartment and is only a 15 minute walk to Cardiff central train station, Principality Stadium and Cardiff's bars and clubs. Going south from the apartment, it's only a 15 minute walk to Mermaid Quay and Millennium Centre. It has excellent views, location and facilities. To make you aware there is currently scaffolding on the building as the balconies are being replaced, the balconies are not in use at this time. the view is still good despite the scaffolding being in situe. There may also be some noise from the works in the daytime. Guest access The apartment has 2 spacious double bedrooms, one roomy family bathroom and an open plan kitchen/lounge with a wrap around balcony giving exceptional views of Cardiff centre and Cardiff Bay. You can get online with our free WiFi or watch freeview TV. There's one allocated car parking space situated in the underground car park.
