This spacious two-bedroom apartment covers an area of 70 m2, which makes it an ideal place for four people. The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of the house and faces south, providing ample sunlight throughout the day. A large terrace outside the apartment offers a perfect spot to enjoy meals or drinks with your family or friends. Our house has 5 apartments, and this is one of them. We would be delighted to have you as our guest and ensure that your stay with us is unforgettable. The space The apartment is an ideal choice for families or two couples due to its two bedrooms, one fitted with a king-size bed measuring 200x200 and the other with two single beds measuring 90x200. Additionally, there are two full bathrooms - one of which is en suite and includes a washing machine. The living/dining/kitchen area is spacious, and the best part is the terrace, perfect for get-togethers. The kitchen is fully equipped with an oven and stove, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. The apartment is typically designed for four people, but if there is an additional person, we can accommodate them on the pull-out sofa in the living room upon request, subject to an extra charge. During hot summer days, there's an option for a portable AC in the bedroom(depending on availability and upon request). WiFi is available and free of charge. Guest access If you are arriving by car, please note that we have one parking space available in front of the house. However, if the space is occupied, we will guide you to free public parking which is located only 50 meters above the house. Additionally, if you need to do laundry during your stay, you can use the washing area under the stairs of the apartment. This service is complimentary, so feel free to take advantage of it. Lastly, if you will be arriving after 23:00, please let us know in advance. We will either meet you in person or leave the key at a mutually agreed-upon location for your convenience. Other things to note Once you book our apartment, we will send you detailed instructions on how to reach our house, and we will be at your disposal for any questions. Just a reminder that linen and towels are included in the price, and we change them every 3 days(towels) and 7 days(linen). If you have a later bus or a catamaran on your check-out day, you can store your luggage with us while you enjoy your day at the beach.
