It is on a pedestrian street and very quiet, right below the Spanish Fortress, and 10 minutes from the beaches. Restaurants, bars and supermarkets are nearby. The apartment is on the 3rd floor, has a bedroom, a bathroom and a living room. The house has two balconies, both overlooking the sea and a shared terrace.
