The space The apartment is located in the quiet rear building on the 5th floor. Important for you to know: there is no elevator, but the stairs are not high and are made of wood. So it's comfortable. The ascent is rewarded with a fantastic view of the roof gardens of the European Patent Office directly on the Isar River. A parking space (for a fee) is available in a nearby garage. The Isar is very close (2-minute walk). Perfect for jogging in the mornings. Ideal to recharge your batteries for a successful day. ;-) The beautiful Gärtnerplatz (the place to be for having breakfast, tea time or dinner, packed with many trendy little stores (fashion, home living, food, etc.) is just around the corner. The famous Viktualienmarkt (food, wine, flowers and more) and Marienplatz (where the town hall is) are within 10 minutes' walking distance. ------------------------------- The apartment is located in the quiet rear building on the 5th floor. Important: There is no elevator in the building. But the stairs are made of wood and the steps are pleasantly low. The many small shops, boutiques, bars and cafes make the journey an experience. ;-) A car parking space (for a charge) is available in a nearby garage. Under certain circumstances, a free parking space can be provided in the garage (please ask). After passing into the beautiful inner courtyard, you leave the hustle and bustle of the city center behind you and walk through the staircase to the soothing atmosphere of the roof terrace loft overlooking the green roof gardens of the European Patent Office directly near the river Isar. Perfect for artists such as directors, opera singers or ballet dancers, who have a temporary engagement at the State Opera or State Ballet, which are very easy to reach by foot (10 min).
