Each space has been designed for your comfort and enjoyment. - Bedrooms: Enjoy the privacy of 5 comfortable bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom. The hotel-quality bedding ensures you have a restful night's sleep. - 3 bedrooms with double beds (one with a king-size bed) - 1 Bedroom with 2 simple beds - 1 family bedroom with a king-size bed and 2 single beds on the mezzanine - Living Room: The spacious living room is the perfect place to share precious moments. Sit down with up to 12 guests around the large table, or unwind in the cozy living room. The pellet stove in the entrance hall will create a cozy atmosphere during your evenings. - The Kitchen: Spacious and modern, the kitchen is fully equipped for preparing delicious meals. You will find a stove, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a fridge/freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle, and a toaster. The central island is perfect for breakfast or an aperitif. - Exterior: A lovely, fenced-in garden terrace with flowers awaits you, where you can enjoy the sunny days. There is a table and a gas barbecue available for al fresco dining in a peaceful setting. - Additional spaces: Enjoy a work and/or relaxation area on the upper floor of the property, as well as a laundry area with a washing machine and dryer. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire house, including the private garden terrace. Check-in is done independently for maximum flexibility. The property is completely private for the duration of your reservation, guaranteeing total privacy. Other things to note - Online registration: Once you have a confirmed booking, we'll ask you to sign up for the PassPass platform. This portal will give you access to all the information you need for your stay (check-in details, user guides, etc.). - Early check-in / late check-out: Possible depending on availability, at a cost of €10 per hour. The request must be made through the PassPass app so that we can arrange for our cleaning team to attend. - Beds made on arrival: For your comfort, the beds are prepared before your arrival according to the exact number of guests indicated when booking. - Linens provided: Linens (sheets, duvet covers, pillowcases, bath towels) are included. Linen fees are included in the cleaning fee. - Welcome kit: A welcome kit with local and essential products (coffee, tea, sugar, dishwasher tablets, etc.) will be waiting for you upon arrival. - Wifi: Wi-Fi is available for free throughout the property. - Pets are allowed.
